Out Of Office message

Currently there is no option to leave an out of office message from PeopleXS email. It would be helpful to those that don't use Outlook within PeopleXS to have this option available.
Hits and Visitiors in Manager Portal
It would be very useful if we had the hits and visitors graphs from the portal tab also in the manager portal. So, line manager would have an overview on how many people had a look at their vaccany and can better judge the volume of the applications.

Folders or Tags to classify processed mail

It would be great if the user could create folders or tags to classify the processed incomin email. For those who are receiving daily mails (i.e. Monster CV Search Agents) it would be very usefull to process the email and "send" it to a folder called "CV Monster" ot add a tag with the same name, so the received mail could be well organized.

Currently the „advanced search"-function within PeopleXS is quite complex and not very intuitive. To do a search every field needs to be selected field by field and there are too many fields in the list to select. The search function should be easier and more efficient. For example as described below: - The search screen should be adapted to the candidate detail screen (same screen as you have when you click on the candidate detail tab but the fields are empty) Search criteria can directly be put in the empty fields. Much easier than pick the right fields out of a long list. - In the setup it should be possible to hide some fields from the search screen. Customer can decide on which fields it should be possible to search on (same possibility as you can hide fields from add or edit screen)
- Possibility to search from the application tab of a vacancy. Select "search within applicants for this vacancy".
- Fulltext search should highlight the searchstrings in the CV. (not just show number of CV but highlight the searched words within the CV ? like google)
Notification when manager gives feedback into the form (for other contacts)
It would be good if there would be a notification email when line managers are submitting their feedback. Otherwise you will have to keep on checking which is very time consuming.
Bullet points

Would it be possible to have pre-formatted bullets points in the fields Requirements and Responsibilities of the vacancy? This would make our adverts look more the same.
Back to search results
It would be a lot easier if there was a back to search button. I.e. if we search in the candidate database and we do a CV text search and click on a candidate and so on, its not possible to go back to the search results directly. We first have to click back several times.
