SECURITY - restricting specific users from downloading or printing the whole database

Currently there is no way to stop an employee from printing or downloading the majority of the database and this worries me a lot.
An option would be to be able to control who has PRINT or DOWNLOAD access. In a paperless office consultants shouldn't really need to print contact details. The only time when it would be useful is to print procedure history to client meetings and this can be done ad hoc by an administrator with the necessary access.
This is especially important for agencies or headhunting firms that use PeopleXS. Where consultants move from company to company. I know it is our role to hire people that have integrity but I live in the real world and this is something that will happen and that I have seen happen.

Call for interview and a interview list of candidates

Invite several candidates to intervies in one workflom/one template/one common mail. In this mail it must be possible to write a different date and time because the mail is sent individually.
The interview list of the invited candidates, must contain the following information:
Date Time Candidat Place Status Accept
In the box the candidate name must be linked directly to the applicant. Ability to modify and delete in the call list, if necessary. (Cancel/change)
Conversation list must be sent by mail to the leader/recruitment committee.
The proposal previously submitted to David, so he might contacted for further information.
Print candidates
On application tab of a vacancy add a new action: action print candidate: select one or several or all candidates (like mass update) which you want to print out. Before you print you should have the option to select "print CV only" or print all attachments of a candidate.
Customized CV generator:
We would like to have the possibility to generate a customized CV for the candidates in our system:
- The CV should be customized to our layout and automatically be filled like an email template with standard fields, custom fields and Custom objects. - if we click on the Generate CV button, a CV is generated and the text can still be adapted. The customer can choose to store the CV as Word or PDF and the Generated CV should be stored next to the existing CV or at other more prominent place than the document
- The generated CV should be selectable as part of other mail templates, this means that it should be possible to send the CV directly to our customers or line managers. (no delete email first)
-if we change fields for the candidate, and we click generate CV again, the details of the CV are updated. Alternative solution the moment a CV is sent, it always contains the latest details of the candidate.
-we should be able to open the CV and manually change details of the CV and store the CV again, the existing CV is overwritten.
-Optional it should also be possible to view the generated CV in the Candidate portal.
-above all as always with Peoplexs, this should be simple to use and configure
Optimize filters

Allow to modify the standard filters e.g My Candidates and All Candidates. At the moment these filters do not really show usefull information. Therefore it should be possible to adapt these filters per environment to the customers needs.
Also it should be possible to select Flags as a column in the filters.
Notification by mail (Parent accounts)
At the moment all parent accounts of accounts that are linked to an open vacancy receive an email notification if a candidate has been forwarded. In a complex structure as ours, this doesn't make much sense at all. Sometimes, a parent account has up to 30 accounts below him. This creates a big mass of email notification if only a few of them are recruiting at the same time. In order to avoid this email overload, we would like to remove the email notification for the parent accounts or give them the chance that they can filter for my tasks versus all account tasks or a drop down for a particular account. They could also select which accounts they receive notifications for (their own, all or selected additional accounts to their own) or just receive their own. Otherwise they might mark People XY emails as junk mail and this is clearly not what we want.
LOCATION TRACK
WE WOULD APPRECIATE IF PEOPLEXS MARKS WITH A COLOUR (UNDERGROUND) ON THE LEFT BOX SO THAT ALL USERS KNOW EXACTLY WHERE THEY ARE.
FOR EXAMPLE. IF YOU ARE IN THE VACANCY PORTAL IT SHOULD APPEAR AUTOMATICALLY A COLOUR ON THE LEFT BOX WHERE YOU SEE VACANCY.
THIS IS VERY CONVENIENT FOR THE BEGINNERS OR NEW USERS.

Able to use Firefox
Some (managers) prefer using Firefox as browser, especially those working on a Mac. Problem is that when using Firefox, links will not open. More and more are using Firefox. So why not make it possible to use Firefox.
Merge of duplicate entries in one step
If you have more than one duplicate entry of one candidate, then it would be easier to select the duplicate names that you wish to merge at the same time and then select merge only once. Instead of merging each duplicate entry of one similar candidate seperately. That would save a lot of time if you have a large duplicate entry of one candidate.

Regarding the vacancy portal; the ability to open a vacancy in a pop-up screen. Not just only in the I-frame.
