reason unqualified in bulkupdate

When performing a bulkupdate to the status of 'rejection', it's not possible to choose a reason unqualified (for instance 'not chosen in pre-selection). This can only be done in individual task updates. Wish: ability to choose one or more reasons which are relevant for all selected candidates. Purpose: reports.
prevent double records

Regarding preventing double candidate-records; it would be great if PeopleXS would recognise a candidate when applying for a vacancy and then merge the records automatically. Preferable end situation; current field values are saved, old ones are overwritten. Historical status information is always visible. Purpose: process improvement.
improving forms

Regarding improving forms; more possibilities to change the lay-out. For instance: adding comments at the back of fields, a second field just behind the first field (home-address), change the width of fields in order to make them visually similar. Purpose: usability.

Regarding the screens; it would be great when a user is able to customize the lay-out of the screens to his liking. Hiding tabs, functionalities and fields. Preferably so that the user can 'open' these objects instantly when needed. Purpose: usability.
save mail with send profile to manager in library of candidate

When the profiles of candidates are send to contacts via a emailtemplate, the e-mail is only stored in the document-tab of the vacancy. It's very logical that the e-mail of the candidate is also stored in the document-tab of the candidate. I can understand that it's hard to develop this when the e-mail contains info of more than one candidate, but this functionality already would be great for a single profile at the time. Purpose: process improvement.
automatically delete candidates
When candidates are moved to archive / bin, privacy jurisdiction requires that their information is deleted after 6 months. This has to be performed manually at the moment. Wish: possibility to do this automatically (option in set-up), based on the date when workflow was terminated. Purpose: process improvement.
better way to handle open sollicitations

When candidates do a open sollicitation, we often want to send their info (including CV) forward to one or more managers, preferably via e-mailtemplates (not managersportal). At the moment, there is not a really good solution for that. There are some workarounds, but they either are manager-unfriendly or have a risk of mistakes. As it is a very common activity, their should be a more structured way to do this. Purpose: process improvement.
Postpone start date when publishing a vacancy
We would like to be able to add and publish a vacancy with a later start date. As it is now, when publishing a vacancy you cannot postpone the start date as it is published immediately after clicking on publish.
Add candidate in the managers portal
We would like the possibility to add a candidate to a vacancy from the managers portal.
Send candidates to contacts from managersportal
to rate this post.
A request to be able to send candidates incl. cvs en motivation letter to other contacts. It is very useful and nessicary when using Committees. The same function should be visible from the managersportal as it is under vacancies as a full user.
