Limit size of attachments
We should limit the size of attachment in order to prevent computers from crashing down when opening a big file. It would it also make it easier and more convenient to forward files, for example with the "send candidates to contact" function.

Publish job vacancies ahead...
With high demands for proactive managers and leaders, we want the ability to publish job vacancies to come. In this way we can refine our workflow system significantly. Best regards, Netto Denmark.
Blank email template (when performing task updates)
When doing a task update, you can send an email only if you use an existing template from the list. Would like to be able to select no template / blank templates like you can on the documents tab but doing it altogether (both in individual task update or mass update). Just list no template in the drop down box for selecting mail templates.
Forwarding CV from the Manager Portal
It would be very helpful if a manager could forward the CVs from the manager portal to someone else for additional feedback. Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment but would be very helpful.
Navigation
If you perform a task update on a candidate, you automatically get back to the task. If you then want to perform another task update for another candidate, you need to first click on applications, then on the open vacancy. It would be a lot easier if there was a link which directly leads you to the vacancy the candidate has applied for.
Hide Tabs and Object.
The current problem is that there are too many (some unused) tabs and there is too much information on the screen. We would like to limit this information in order that the recruiter can focus on the most important information. For example for the accounts we would like to hide the tabs like contacts, documents, vacancy etc, This information is all available on the overview tab and can be changed directly from the overview tab. For the candidate tabs we would like to remove advertisements which is not currently in use. Also it should be possibility to hide main objects like Leads from the main view.
Allow grouping of portals
Allow grouping of portals. e.g. Internal portals, external portals, agency portals, job board portals so that select all functionality can apply within a group. Once you have implemented 12 different languages it gets very messy because the portals can not be reordered and just follow order of creation so it becomes difficult for recruiters to easily select internal vs external
Hits & Visitor Reporting

For customers who have implemented more than one language it would be great to have a better solution for hits and vistor reporting. 1. Include in standard reporting by vacancy and by country (summed across all portals and by individual portal) 2. Include next to the portal just in text format (graphic clumsy and not required)
Optimise Task updates
The process of updating a single task can be optimised. Currently there are still too many steps needed for a single task update
