Integration available with Publicitas (job advertisement channel)
In order to serve our Swiss based customers we have established an integration
with the Publicitas job advertisement agency. With this integration, our customers
have another choice in choosing a company for their job publication/distribution
requirements.
Instructions
In order to setup Publicitas you need to receive a login to make use of the
Publicitas interface. This login can be entered into our system under the 'Account
setup' of the publicitas interface settings. This will authorize our system
to transfer data to the Publicitas interface on behalf of your account. These
interface settings can be found and configured under Setup – Integration
– Media – Publicitas.

The field mapping setup can be considered as functional setup in order to transfer
the proper fields from your vacancy to Publicitas. This is the area of your
Peoplexs administrator or a Peoplexs consultant.
When the setup is complete, you can make use of the Publicitas interface by
publishing your vacancy to a pre-defined portal:

After you clicked '(Re)publish on portal', Peoplexs will open the Publicitas tool for you where you can complete the publication process to selected media:

RSS output XML 2.0 compliant
The RSS subscription delivers job descriptions in XML format. By adding the 'date last changed' to the XML output, the specification becomes compliant to the RSS 2.0 specification. With the 'date last changed' added to the output, you can sort the published vacancies accordingly, e.g. descending by date.
Faster way to complete task update
To make performing task updates from the Applications tab of a vacancy more
efficient, we have created a direct link to the task update screen next to each
candidate on this screen. This is a major time saver for processing applications.
After the task update, the system takes you back to the correct page in Applications.
How does it work?
On the Applications tab, you can now perform a quick task update. Instead of
opening the candidate profile first, directly click on the Status of a candidate.
Ofcourse it's still possible to perform a status update for multiple candidats
using the 'Task update' option from the Action select list.

If you click on the status in the screen above, the task update screen opens and you can select the next work flow step.

Clicking on the 'Save & Add' button executes the task update procedure,
and brings you back to the Applications tab automatically.
Scheduled timing of e-mails to candidates
With this function you can schedule the sending of e-mails at a specific date
and time. When you write an e-mail you can define a date and time that the e-mail
needs to be sent. If you schedule an e-mail, the e-mail will be saved and send
out on the date and time you selected. For example when you process a candidate
outside working hours, you can schedule the correspondence with the candidate
during work hours.
Instructions
Before sending out any e-mail you can choose to schedule the e-mail by using
the delivery options.

When you click on the 'Send at' field, a user-friendly date-time picker appears:

After selecting the date and time you want to send this e-mail click 'Send'.
Under the Documents tab, you can see the status as follows:

Usually, sending an e-mails cannot be undone. But because it is scheduled, this
is now possible. Just click on the e-mail icon of the e-mail:

This functionality to schedule your e-mails also works for mass mails:

Mass e-mails are not visible under the Documents tab of a vacancy. However,
they are visible centrally in the system. The reason for this is that you cannot
cancel one e-mail which is part of a group (mass mail). You'd have to remove
the entire mass mail. The overview of mass mails is given under the menu option:
Home – Mailbox out, or can be found under the corresponding element for
which you are sending out a mass mail (e.g. Candidates, Contacts)

By clicking on the e-mail (Name/Subject column) you can change many settings of the mass mail, e.g. remove one ore more recipients, change the template and change the scheduling.
Automated publication
With this function the manager can be informed of a pre-selection of suppliers regarding outstanding vacancies (via the manager portal). On approval of the vacancy, the vacancy automatically gets pushed to the supplier portal of selected suppliers.
Clooks video integration
The Clooks video interview tool gives you the opportunity to remotely interview candidates via a recording studio. You will be able to assess the interview via a movie. Peoplexs has the integrated Clooks 2.0 functionality into the system. The only thing you need is a Clooks license to make use of web-based video interviewing. (delayed until further notice)
Additions to UNIO interface
We have made some minor improvements to the Unio interface. It can now handle vacancies in different languages and there is a preview XML button so you can see the data being exported.
New macros in (vacancy, agency, contactperson) application workflow
In temp hiring, it is not possible to use macros on your templates where the accounts are external suppliers instead of internal accounts. We will make it distinguishable between (internal) accounts and external accounts, the suppliers.

Candidate search - show basic details
The screening process of candidates is reported user unfriendly, because overview is missing. With this change we will create the possibility to add a tool-tip with just the fields you select. So without any click of the mouse you can screen the relevance of the candidate and if you think the candidate is interesting, there's a direct link to the resume. This feature must be enabled via setup. Please contact our helpdesk if you would like to know how to access this feature.

Show candidate picture in light user version
A picture of the candidate is shown in the application. This was not yet visible on the portal. We'll improve this on the portals.
