As part of our continued expansion to Asia we are currently looking to hire a consultant based in Singapore. 

Job description
Are you passionate about HR and recruitment? Want to put your mark on the next generation of best practices, tools and aids in recruiting?  

As Consultant you analyze your customers' requirements and convert them into workable solutions in the Peoplexs-recruitment platform. You are the customer's conversation partner, and you translate objectives into reality.

You are responsible for the implementation of our recruitment platform for our customers. As such you advise customers and provide "train the trainer" training. You are good working both independently and as part of a team. You are comfortable in a hectic environment and can cope with constantly changing tasks. You are the project manager and take full ownership of project planning and implementation incl. regular meetings with all concerned parties. In short, you make sure you meet and settle the whole implementation process and set the basis for customer satisfaction. Even after implementation you stay in touch with the customer and advise on how they can further adapt and enhance their recruiting process.

In addition you assist in staffing our help desk during office hours and support our clients both by telephone and through email.

You support the account management team in sales and participate in demos to prospective clients. You also take part in planning client seminars, fairs and conferences, and continue to maintain your own network.

Requirements for the position
What we expect from you:
- knowledge of HR and recruitment processes
- proven experience in HRM.
- a university degree
- good social and communicative skills
- result and commercially driven, but service-oriented attitude
- fluency in English and ideally one other Asian language 

It is also an advantage if you have:
- knowledge of personnel information systems and / or recruitment systems
- knowledge of change processes
- knowledge of project management methodology
- experience in pre-sales activities
- experience with methods such as brainstorming, brown-paper etc.
