peoplexs - easy to integrate into everyday life

When ISS choose their new recruitment platform, they had several requirements for their new supplier. Katrine Husum Jensen, responsible for recruitment ISS Denmark, explains: "for a system to function optimally for us, it must be stable, user friendly, be hard to make mistakes in and it must ensure that our good brand will be sustained" 

All requirements were met by Peoplexs, but it in the end it was the user friendliness of Peoplexs, which made the difference over other providers.

"ISS is divided into several business areas and recruiting is a managerial responsibility within ISS, so we have many managers who are recruiting.
Because of this decentralized structure it is very complicated to manage the recruitment process centrally.  Therefore, the system should function properly with regard to providing the area managers a good tool.

Peoplexs has proved to be easy to integrate into the individual business areas." Katrine explains.
In practice, the hiring managers use the system to place ads on the internet (here they can choose between a variety of vacancy templates, as pre-defined in Peoplexs).
Specific qualifications can be added, for example that a driving license or English language is needed. Afterwards the hiring manager is searching in the system among the many CV's stored in the ISS talent pool, they select and invite candidates for interviews.

Finally, the hiring manager hires and gives rejections. "This process only works because peoplexs is so easy to work with," explains Katrine.
