We are a well-known brand within the agribusiness and chemicals sector, but being a b2b company, we are not widely known as an employer beyond that. Business growth required a recruitment strategy and solution that would enable us to acquire talent from a broader base in an effective and efficient way. Conveying one Syngenta brand and recruitment experience across our geographically and culturally diverse countries was a real challenge. We also needed a scalable and standardized recruitment platform to enable further growth.
